Mountain Monster conquered today! * 2 knee surgeries for meniscus repairs turned into a full knee replacement 2 years later. Shoulder surgery a year later. 20+ years of health struggles with anything regarding physical activity. Then bam...1 year of consistency without injury, 55lbs down. Size 16- size 8 More lean muscle than I've ever had in my life! I know what it's like to lose hope.

I know what it's like to feel like no one can depend on me because I never know what will happen tomorrow or how my body will respond to the weather.

I know what it's like to be perfectly fine and feeling great 1 minute, then all hell breaks lose with my body from out of the blue.

I know what it's like to be in so much physical pain that you have no idea how you'll make it through the next minute, much less the next hour.

I will never forget what it's like. I still deal with a lot of these things. I'm here for you, holding your hand, cheering you on, and willing to help you live a life of joy and fulfillment.
